McConnell's Boxing Academy

McConnell's Boxing Academy is hand down the cleanest (practicing strict social distancing and health guidelines) and most community-driven gym I have been to. Working out with a world champion as your trainer as well as taking boxing instruction from Molly McConnell is life-changing. You learn discipline and technique from a master and most importantly, she and her staff are supportive of your health endeavors. They are your cheerleaders! Check them out!

I took my first boxing class here and the owner/instructor was so welcoming, I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience! The class was fun and not overwhelming but still very challenging. :)

Staff is amazing! The environment is super friendly and open to all levels, body types and colors! I felt so comfortable here and you definitely get a good workout! Can’t wait to come again when I move back from Japan! See you all soon!

I haven’t been here yet but I was wondering if u guys train kids and if u guys do boxing matches like kid vs kidnLike I’m 11yrs could I get classes here

Both my boys (ages 8 and 13) are participating in summer boxing camp. They love it. Molly and Mel are terrific.
