Very happy customer. Great customer service. I highly recommend checking this place out. James is a very helpful and knowledgeable guy. I've been to several different bike shops and he's been the only guy that has been able to hook me up with a comfortable fitting helmets. Very patient and caring guy!
I would avoid this place. Not very friendly firstoff. Had a flat tire and went to buy a tube. figured I'd just have them change it too. Came to pick it up after and they hit me with 70 dollar invoice! I can't believe it.. to change a tube on a dirt bike tire that likely took 5 minutes. Absolute ripoff!! Can't imagine what they'll be charging you for work that takes more than 5 minutes. Never again will I step foot in there. Zero stars if that was possible.
Spoke to Tom in sales. Very helpful. Let me test-ride multiple bikes without hesitation. Knowledgeable about my needs and asked good questions. Powersports are in a weird place getting new bikes due to Covid but Kendallville had good selection.nnAlso got some gear for my daughter here and the parts/service team was very helpful.
Very good customer service very good items/vehicles. I would definitley buy if you ride a dirt bike alpinestars boots. I was riding my bike today I rolled my ankle if i did not have those boots on my ankle would be broken.
Had positive experience in dealings when it was Hayden’s Honda. My friend bought a Harley from them and has had multiple issues with the bike. Traded a cherry anniversary Harley and cash down to buy it. The Owner Justin did contact my friend to make it right. Friend was satisfied.
