Horrible incompetence. Young man straight lied about part delivery Because he didn’t want to do his job; said it would take two weeks to get my part in and literally said I should go to Advanced Auto. THEN he told another customer he could have it the next day. Obviously, he didn’t think I was still in the store looking around. I asked him why he did it and he told his co-worker he never spoke tonme! How incredibly frustrating this is. Not the first time they’ve done this. I’ve heard so much unprofessional communication from the employees at this location, this needs to be addressed. I overheard two ofnThe young guys saying they ordered the wrong part for a gentleman on purpose! They said he comes in too much and orders too much. Who does that!? They look for excuses not to do their job and are barely helpful on good days. They need more training and better management to set the tone. You’ve been warned. Don’t trust this location. They need to be held accountable.

I have called today around 12 times and the phone was answered every single time but I was hung up on Everytime. You lost a $1200 sale today. Time of calls was 2:56 to 3 pm. Please do not tolerate employees that don't want to do their job. Going to advanced auto parts
