I recently purchased a 2014 Suburban from Shepherds. I was thoroughly impressed with the way they handled the process and with how quick and easy it was! The vehicle was serviced, cleaned up, tank filled, and tires shined! They worked with us on the price and had wonderful communication. Every one was kind and helpful especially our salesman Gavin. I will recommend this dealership to everyone on the hunt for a vehicle. They even gave us a box of chocolates when we made the purchase! It’s the little things that matter and make a process such as this enjoyable. Best experience ever with a car dealership! Absolutely 100% worth the 1.5 hour drive for us. I do not mind traveling for exceptional service! 10 out of 5 stars!

It started with Nathan Nix body shop manager. About a year ago I had my 2014 Silvardo in the body shop for repairs. When I went to pick up the truck after it was done I noticed the check engine light was on. So I took the truck back to Nathan, and he indicated that it was probably a rodent had chewed on a cable. Shepherd's fixed the cable at no additional cost. I'm a person who can appreciates honesty, and that was the reason why I went with Shepherd's. Gavin McGuire did an excellent job of finding me the vehicle that I purchased. , and very pleased with the truck. Good job Gavin!!

Our salesman, Gavin, was very informative and Knowledgeable. We traveled 4.5 hrs to purchase our truck and he kept in contact with us during our trip. He had everything prepared and ready for us when we arrived. We have been shopping for months for a truck and we can personally say he was the most helpful salesman we had contact with. I am so glad that my wife and I found such a great dealership that is honest and as hard working on getting my family and I in the right vehicle for our needs. Byron Hefty was amazing throughout the whole process in finding a vehicle very quickly as we were in a situation where we didn’t have a family vehicle to get around in and even got us a loaner until we found the right one. Byron knew what we were looking for and delivered! He found the most perfect used Chevrelot Traverse we were wanting and got it cleaned and detailed within a day of finding. We came in and test drove it and he had the paperwork ready when we came back as he knew we would love it! It made the process go so quickly as seemed to be in and out of the dealership with the new vehicle within an hour after the test drive! We love our new Chevrelot Traverse! I totally recommend Shepherd’s Chevrelot Buick GMC and Byron Hefty in Kendallville, Indiana. We now have a dealership and sales professional we can trust for all our service needs and purchase of other vehicles for years to come!
