This is an absolutely terrific Jiffy Lube! I’m recently widowed with a young child and I can’t even pretend that I know anything about cars. So I’m an admittedly easy mark when I enter mechanic shops, car dealerships, tire stores, etc. But I’ve received nothing but excellent service at this Jiffy Lube. I’ve never been pressured to buy any extra services and everything has been explained to me carefully yet clearly. I’ve never felt oversold at “my”Jiffy Lube. The manager is a wonderfully cool, empathetic woman so she helped me feel comfortable there right off the bat. But honestly, everyone I’ve ever dealt with at this branch is super helpful and nice. I’m never going anywhere else! I’ve had two lingering car problems this Jiffy Lube resolved (even after other mechanics couldn’t or wouldn’t) so it’s not just that the employees there are so nice. Service is also absolutely excellent. In addition, I truly appreciate how sweet and friendly the manager and other employees are to my daughter. This place Is definitely kid-friendly, even during the pandemic (they’ve done a great job accommodating Covid prevention efforts.) My daughter loves cars and the employees here have gone out of their way to encourage her curiosity. We really feel like we are treated like family when we go to our Jiffy Lube.

The team was great. The space was inviting and clean. I asked if I had time to get some food and they were super cool about it and called me when the car was ready. There is an awesome little ramen spot next door and the whole experience was less than an hour even getting lunch. Nice people.
