I called the afternoon of Feb 5 about my hot water heater and they scheduled a tech to come the morning of Feb 6. The tech was very considerate and explained things in a way I could understand. I told the tech I had a limited amount to spend on the repair and they (tech and company) kept it under that amount.nnThank you for such wonderful service!!
