AMAZING customer service. Great tire shop! I was rolling through town with my RV and randomly picked Amigo tire and I am so thankful that I did!! Great service and very knowledgeable all the way around. They were able to get me new tires and fix an axle issue on my camper. Truly great experience.

I got my tires changed from this place. They were reasonable on the phone, but as I got to the location, the situation was different.
The employees (got to deal with 2) on the front desk seems a little disoriented - there was no handoff between them.
A chap sitting on the side desk (assumingly the owner or manager) didn't bother to guide them. Rather, he'd rattle off comments when he absolutely 'had' to.
As they finally got done with the replacing tires, the 2nd employee hesitantly communicates that there will be a 3% charge for credit card payment. I didn't see any such thing posted on the walls of the location that indicated so. When I asked why, he goes that the company recently instituted it. Reading between the lines - this shop re-did their contract to a cheaper contract. A as a result, they're fine with the credit card company now charging 3% per swipe - which - Amigo tires simply passes on the unsuspecting customer. How sweet.
I offered to pay via PayPal. The owner/manager came back to life to complain in a surly tone that he doesn't know how to run PayPal by his register.
Poor customer service epitomized.
Very friendly staff. Great customer service. Repaired my tire very fast and was a good price. Highly recommend! I am very happy with my experience.
I was a long way from home (OKC) and got a nail in my tire. Amigo tire was able to get me in right away and get me patched up! The ladies working the front office were so polite and helpful! You need any auto work done, COME TO AMIGO!
