Ray was great. On time, quick, pleasant. Very chill, great with my dog.n[I had my dog contained behind a gate and he let me know it was okay to let my dog out. My dog made a new best friend. :)]

My partner and I recently bought a fixer and well...it needs a lot of fixing! WSE was recommended to me by a family friend, and they definitely steered me in a good direction! Tobey from WSE was timely, professional, kind, and so knowledgeable! He was invested in helping my partner and I learn about the electrical engineering in our home. As a young, queer-female I did not once feel intimated or uncomfortable while work was being done on our electrical panel etc!

Knob and Tube abatement worknnI have a 1907 home that needed the KnT removed for insurance purposes.nI'm somewhat handy myself and could have done some of it but it was a big job and most of the remaining KnT was difficult to access - wires running between 2 floors to service downstairs lights and upstairs floor plugs.nFor this kind of work you need not only a knowledgeable electrician, but someone skilled in dealing with remodel work and older homes to minimize the wall patching needed after a job of this kind.nnThese guys were recommended to me by an electrician friend of mine and they were everything I could have hoped for.nnI had thought about this job a lot before engaging anyone and knew the issues pretty well - everyone I dealt with really know their job. They understood and could answer every question I had.nnLevi the estimator was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and ACCURATE.nnCameron the installer was great. On time, great communicator, very skilled. We talked a lot and he was personable and could answer every question I threw at him. He was very considerate - I saw him take hours extra making difficult-to-fish routes inside the walls where it would have been much easier and faster to cut more holes in my walls.nnAnother testament to their reputation - when the inspector came I was walking him through all the work that was done and I commented on how quickly he was progressing and he said he knew these guys and they do excellent work.nnBased on my experiences, the owners obviously treat their people well here.nnI highly recommend them!

I had a frayed ground wire and West Side fit me in between jobs to take care of a potentially dangerous situation. The job was done quickly and efficiently and without a fuss. I have a secure ground now thanks to their care. I will definitely be using this company when I next am in need of electrical service.
