We called out this company to do a roadside repair. Driver had damaged a hub. This company was fast to respond and fast to repair. They had parts on hand and were very friendly. The reason they did not get a 5 star if because my driver began to complain about tires look to be wobbling. I send one of my service trucks out to look at it. The lug nuts were all loose. The driver informed me that the tech used a cordless milwaukee impact and not an air impact and they did not tourque the lug nuts. This could have resulted in an injury or death due to the lack of techs knowledge. A battery powered impact is not strong enough to properly tighten lug nuts.
