Took two tractors in several years ago. Took months to get the first back . Another year to get the next. When the new owner brought the second tractor back, I made the mistake of sending a hand mower back to be fixed. After another year and two trips promising it would be done it was delivered. It still won't start without difficulty and he said blade was sharpened...not! Will not recommend or ever go there again.
My wife, Shannan Stark, took our rider there in 2016, a husky rider. Took it there to have the belts replaced and the deck put on, for 8 months called them and was always told the parts were on back order, finally quit bothering them and went and bought a new rider, $1099 for new rider, to this day have not heard anything from these people about our rider they have, as far as I’m concerned they owe us the $1099 for the new one. Won’t take anything to them ever again! They are crooks!
Rich and Scott are awesome to do business with. They both are very helpful in many areas..The company stands behind all their products. I highly recommend the company.
