Taken my vehicle here a couple of times when i move to santa fe for calibration, only confronted with attitude and unprofessional ism, i was rescheduled 3 times and then being locked out by lifesafer because the owner wouldn't see me and wouldn't wait on me because he "had another business he had to tend to, and couldn't be late". i don't know what other business he runs, but the other places ive been to have said that interlock programs are run by the state and owners are committed to their contracts. all this dude does is complain about lifesafer not doing their job and only causes problems with customers and their compliance with their law. ive had to call life safe several times and ive been referred to albuquerque NM for a rescuedule, and have been referred to discount radiator service on san mateo for my needs., i recommend this place for more processional service. id rather go here than the place in Sant fe.

The staff is awesome ! They work hard to get you out quick .

Would not recommend. Come from out of town they don't have a phone to get in contact with them. They just have Lenard's cell phone number he NEVER answers. The voice mailbox is always full. There is no customer service at all. They are always rude. They can take hours to monitor your car even with an appointment. It is very small people are always standing no room.
