Weird store....got a cold bottled drink and a cup of ice, since I can not bring my mug in store to refill due to covid. Pilot always gives a free cup of ice if you buy a drink with it. I pay for my drink and get charged $.55. I asked about free ice. She says I can bring my mug In and fill it with ice. Walk over to subway in pilot, to get sand which and they won’t let you get refills. You have to ask for new cup. Just doesn’t make sense.
Great gas station just stay away from Subway. The sandwiches always get me sick! And jennie never wash her hands or wear a mask .-5
We rent a Prime spot from this location a few times a wk. And it was great in the beginning. Here lately it's terrible. If I pay for a Prime spot then when we come for our spot; it's time for you to roll on. You have the same options to pay just like us, you just choose not to. The workers shouldn't have to keep going out to tell you to leave the spot, you know damn well you didn't pay for. Everyone always trying to get something for nothing.

SUPER CLEAN, Well stocked and the Incredibly Helpful Staff make this Pilot Travel Center the ideal stop over for any road trip! If traveling over the weekend, in the hours past midnight, be sure to say HI to the awesome Joseph! He's always up beat, gives exemplary customer service and you can tell by his efforts he TRULY CARES! I don't know what this young man's per hour wage is but I DO KNOW it CANNOT be commensurate to the VALUE ADDED way he works!
