I highly suggest going somewhere else for a car wash and it’s not like you can get your car washed at the Duke of Plymouth anyway. Two weeks after buying their months worth of car washes I’m told they don’t have the staff to man it so it is closed. Then today I’m told it’s closed because of weather, yet the sun was shining. The staff treated me like it was my fault for buying the months worth of car washes and offered no solutions.

These guys are amazing. I left my phone there and they went out of their way to get it back to me. They are always kind and helpful, don't try to push you into buying a bunch of extras, and always have coupons so you feel good about the price. This group is extremely friendly and does a great job with all of our cars.

When I told them I wanted a standard oil change, the mechanic told me I had a certain type of motor that required synthetic oil. I knew it didn’t sound right so I said I did not want that, just the standard. He said I was ruining my engine and to have a nice day and slammed my hood as hard as he could. I then called my dealership and they said NO I DO NOT NEED SYNTHETIC OIL, I need 5W30. Thanks for trying to screw me over AND be so rude. I took my business to Mobil 1 on Jefferson and got treated PROPERLY.
