Im a mechanic duhhhh hxe
getting really tired of the mounds rd location. You have at least 3 to 4 employees working but only one helping customers who are there to make a purchase? One employee doing a delivery order so they r with a customer, one guy at the counter with a customer, one in the back not sure what they was doing, and another employee in the parking lot talking to a woman and smoking a cigarette in his uniform. I will continue to keep taking my business to your competitors where I can receive help with no issues.
Needed a battery for my suv. What an amazing staff they where laughing and loving there jobs. Asked could they install which they had no problem even with it raining there manager was amazing sorry forgot his name but he understands customer service. If you need something for your car i highly recommend this store
I didn't like that I didn't have a choice. The rep only quoted me the higher-priced item I asked about, and only by just seeing it on his screen did I realize there was a lower priced item.
It was very great they were very polite and they had what I needed.
