We always come specifically to this pizza hut because the service is typically phenomenal, no matter the time of day or the event or ongoing sports events (televised or local). We arrived beyond the expected carryout time, called the store for contactless curbside. Waited an additional 10 minutes for that. I asked the girl who carried out our order if both orders were there, she said only the one and said she would go inquire about the other. Came back out and said give them 5 more minutes and they’ll bring it out. 20 minutes passed and I went in, they then informed me there was no order in the system. The money had been removed from my bank account. All we got from the crew member at the counter was “there’s no order in the system under that name or phone number. I don’t know what to tell you.” Poor performance from this staff. This is not the first time. Over the past month food quality has been terrible on more than one occasion. The only time we know as soon as we pull up that the food is going to be good is if we can see that Jeff is managing that night. Any time he’s not something is wrong or off. It’s ridiculous and management needs to get it together.

Pizza was pretty and tasted great! Took a little longer than normal. Pizza and breadsticks were barely cut.

I ordered 12 chicken wings half-and-half with two different flavors, and one order of breadsticks with cheese and marinara sauce. After waiting 20 minutes the manager called me and said that they don’t have my second flavor so I said fine I’ll just do the six of the original flavor,. Once I received my order I said how long before I get the manager to return the money that I. I’m owed she said I have to get the manager, once I receive my order I realize that I didn’t have the cheese the marinara sauce taste like it’s been in the microwave for 15 seconds without being stirred you know the outer layer being warm in the middle Cold as ice. In the breadsticks tasted like they’ve been not all the way cooked outside crunchy very beautiful inside Cold as my heart. Would rate this restaurant is zero but it requires me to leave at least one star
