Were supposed to get motor mounts done on the car in a day's time. Got the wrong parts the first AND second time they tried, Or so they say. Charged me $60 more than they quoted me and sent me off with motor mounts replaced and one of the wrong parts to take back to oreilly myself. Took 3 days. On top of that, you call for follow up and they don't answer or hang up on you. Just not very good service at all.nPrice was good at first, but then turned into pretty expensive. Get what you pay for. Also, had them do all the work on my front end suspension. I had all the parts. they quoted me around 400 bucks. Turned out the car needed wheel hubs, too. That cost me ANOTHER 400 bucks in parts and labor. So, you can do the whole front end for 400 bucks but wheel hubs (50 bucks apiece) and labor is $400. Not good value. At least they got THAT job done on time. Otherwise I probably wouldn't have given them a shot on the motor mounts. Use at your own risk

Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF) went out. These guys diagnosed and fixed within a day’s notice. I will be taking my car to them again. Nate is teaching his mechanics how to treat customers.

I am new to the area & decided on Alexandria Total Car Care based on the reviews. Nathan was very kind and professional. Quicky diagnosed my vans issue and had me back the road in under an hour. It was an simple fix & didn't coat me much! I'll be a return customer for sure!
