Last week I took my vehicle into Kraig, owner of Grease Monkezz. He gave me a laundry list of items that were wrong with my truck. I agreed, and he did the work. After returning it the same day, I still got error messages on my console. Had to take it back in that day. They admitted they didn't take the time to put it back on the code reader to see if it was fixed correctly. Sure. Okay. Over the weekend I get stalled in Ohio on the side of the freeway. I call on Monday, take it in. He kept my truck overnight. No calls, no updates, nothing. I have to call HIM the next day. He had done nothing to my car but test drive it in the 2 days he kept my vehicle.nI also asked to have the actuator replaced on Monday for my heat. Kraig was clueless on what to do. Returns my car again. No work done. He said he thought I wanted to do the work???nI make an appointment today at 10:15. I'm there at 10:05 - 10:30. No one showed up to open the shop. Called his business number, phone is disconnected. I stop by on my lunch break and Kraig was incredibly rude and mean to me. Talked across the garage, refused to stop and address my missed appointment. Challenged me on whether I was there. I had to tell HIM that his business phone is disconnected. He stated I walked in on him when he was working! Then hire a front desk person! Who are people supposed to talk to! I was overly kind to his rudeness (hoping it was a bad day) but he continued to be rude, mean and unprofessional. I left in tears.nI wanted to give Kraig a chance, I thought I was lucky to find a good mechanic. Just the opposite. Kraig, the owner of this business, comes across as clueless and out of his depth in mechanical work. I will now need to take my truck to a true professional mechanic just to check the work Kraig says he did do.nZero trust in his abilities.nHe inherited this garage from his father, Mark.nThe other reviews must be from family and friends. He has an unusual way he spells his name. They all nailed the spelling. You can trust this review.

Fair prices, Fast within reason, and does good work. I recommend him to people I know who need car work.
