LOFT

Kelsie went above and beyond for me! I’m obsessed with my new pants. I needed them for work and couldn’t have gotten them without her help. This experience was so positive I’ll go out of my way to shop her for all my work clothes from now on. Thank you Kelsie!!!!

I returned an item today. I had the receipt amd the card I had paid with on me. The sales person asked my phone number right away. I said I did not wish to give them my phone number. She said that was fine it just made the search process easier. But then they forced me to give them my name and my phone number to do the return. The data they are collecting on the customers is unacceptable. When I protested to the employee, she said I needed to contact the Loft corporates. She could not do anything about it.

My wife loves loft clothes and this store is overall great with good sales and good quality clothing. On the other hand, if your pregnant, this is yet another store (like gap) that only sells their maternity clothes online. My wife is small so she likes to try clothes on to see how they fit and not have to go through the trouble of returning things all the time. But alas, just another Portland store who sells maternity but not at their actual store.
