The overall quality of their food is terribly inconsistent. I seem to always be really impressed or really disappointed
Last night (6-12-2020) I ordered a 10’ Pepperoni Feast with mixed sauce from Grand Ave. I would like to thank that crew. My pizza was prettyud83dude02and perfect. Also delicious! Haven’t had a PK look and taste that good in a while. Not saying all others were bad but this one was GREAT! Thanks again late night crew for your friendliness and great service.
Used to be great. Now you have to order through Grubhub. Grubhub never delivered. Waited a couple hours, store finally closed and we were left with no food.nDone with this Pizza king and Grubhub.

Great pizza, TERRIBLE service. There are several times they simply do not answer the phone at all. One time, after repeatedly calling, they finally answered the phone and took my order for delivery. 50 minutes later I called back to check, and they said my pizza was the next one out. 20 minutes after that they called and said they didn't understand what the person on the phone had written. In other words, after more than an hour, they hadn't even STARTED my pizza. I will no longer order from them.
