Poor customer service. 2 of the workers were nice at greeting but we got stuck with “SORI” who was insanely rude. I asked for size 5 for a pair of shoes that were on display but DIDNT want the ones on display because they had scuff marks on them and was creased. She immediately had an attitude and repeatedly said “that’s all we have” over and over and wouldn’t even let me speak. If it wasn’t for any other store having my size or not needing them right away then I would’ve just walked out without the shoes. If it was my company, I wouldn’t want Sori working for me.

The service was decent and the employees were nice. But what really got on my nerves was the fact that there were only 2 benches to try on the shoes and both of them were crowded and although the cash register was pretty secluded and had the tape markings for 6 feet apart it was still going slow because they employee who was running the register was trying to get every single customer to make a membership with the store and honestly it was annoying. But overall I was mostly concerned over the cleanliness and social distancing measures that the store was taking to help avoid any of the employees or customers from getting sick also the store smelled like weed which made the store come off as unprofessional and sketchy in my opinion.

Horrible customer service.. because the staff were getting smart with customers... Also they sell shoes that other people put on their feet without sanitizing them. Will never shop there again

I am not really a huge fan of Champs myself. But my wife loves to come here all the time and see her friend who works as a cashier.nI think his name is Jamal, or Jeremiah, something like that, anyway he is the 7 foot tall super built dude who rides the Kawasaki with no helmet and carrys a banana in his pocket.nAnyway she spends a lot of time there catching up with him while I am at work, and so anything that makes my wife happy makes me happy. :)

Great service the employees are very polite and knowledgeable about their products.
