The owner was a friendly and had great prices. His crew got right on it and I was on my way in now time. Great place for tires.
The owner Tim is very knowledgeable. I've been going to Tim for about 10+ years and he treats every customer I've ever seen come in there with dignity and respect, even when their questions or manner might warrant a harder stance. His team addresses issues quickly and if they get too busy he will find time to apologize and seek to make it right. Prices are comparable to other shops, but the pleasant atmosphere he seems to cultivate is what draws me back.
I'm sure Don Miller Tire is a good reputable place, but I wasn't there , I was at Madison County Dental, last time I went to Don Miller was in 2003 , was definitely a good place then
Tim is AMAZING. I came up there with a tire that has a bent rim. He was willing to try and mount a tire for me and gave me some great advice on what I can do. His little pup is adorable too!
