Tire Barn Corporation

Asked for advice...... conversed ..... I ordered the products ..... they told me how much ...product came in...... and it was expensive..... just like they said ....... May have spacers missing ...... have people determining that....... my ride is fine....... if I need the spacers.......I’ll order them..... didn’t need them on installation... have dealer saying I need them.... I’ll find out..... tires are essential, expensive, some not so hidden costs are there...... if you go in and act like you know everything, people assume you know what you are doing and buying...... sometimes there’s misquotes.... happens with humans.... but, I’ve never went in wanting something for nothing..... I’ll try that .... probably won’t work out for me!

Poor service! Not professional with customer, made excuses, Never going back!!!!!!

My repaired tire was rolled out the bay doors to from middle bay and I had to chase it down the apron by the acting manager. Once I caught it I had to load it my self. Quoted one price on the phone and checkout price increased. The managers response was “it’s been that price for a year and a half boss”. “ but I’ll charge you the quoted price boss”. Maybe that’s what the extra charge was for, to not have to chase your tire after repair.

I purchased my own tires online. I wanted tire barn to replace the old tires with the new tires. I DID KNOW IT WAS $50.00 A TIRE!!!!

My husband just went inside to Tire Barn (Merrillvile, Indiana) to get prices for a full set of tires. After being asked what type of car & tire size, the worker asked how many miles were on the car. My husband replies back, what difference does that make? Then the worker says it makes a difference but didn’t explain why. Then the worker ask, Did you put all the miles on the car? My husband said no. The worker says, oh, so you brought it used. Then your employee says, We can go all day with this, back & forth. My husband & I didn’t understand why your employee’s questions were relevant, nor had any other tire dealership asked such questions. Then my husband asked if he could print out a quote for the tires. The worker says that his computer could not print out quotes. So my husband asked if he could write the prices down. He wrote something on the back of a card that isn’t even legible. Needless to say, because of your employee’s terrible attitude & poor customer service skills, we will NOT be purchasing our tires from your establishment. I’m not sure what his problem is or was but the lack of professionalism on his part is probably causing your company to lose potential customers & sales profits. I would hate to assume that this was a “racial problem” but that appears to be the case. My reason for saying that is, as I sit here in your parking area, writing this complaint, that same employee comes to the car directly in front of us & talks to those white people like he has some sense/manners. If that is the case, his kind of conduct is bad for your business & your profits, because money has no color boundaries; it is green & equals to profits regardless of who is spending it. I thought you would like to know what kind of people are representing your company. Thankfully we live in an area that has at least 7 other competitors that we can choose to take our business to.
