Always great timely service!nToday, I waited over 15 minutes , 2 lanes backed up total of about 12 to 15 cars. When I finally get to the window and finally get my food and head out. Fries were cold! How can someone wait that long and food going out the window as fast as possible, and the fries are cold. Should have been hot. Birds had a nice dinner!
The last couple of times we have been there to get food the drive thru person cannot seem to quit interrupting us to get the order straight. Last night my husband ordered a cinnamon roll for our granddaughter and we got our food after waiting 15 minutes for a happy meal and 10pc nugget and 3 orders of fries and the cinnamon roll. No cinnamon roll. My husband went back in they said they didn't have them. They charged us for it. They gave us a refund but I told him as long as we waited the fries should have been fresh they were not even hot. He had to go back in and ask for new onesnThis is becoming frequent. Nobody knows anything when you ask. They were getting so much better. Might have to find a new place. Also why do the employees only wear the mask over the mouth and not the nose too? If you sneeze or cough droplets come out of both.
Everything was delicious. I had forgotten how great their shakes were.
Usually gets five stars however this time I ordered 20 nuggets and only got 10. I should have counted while I was there. I saw three boxes and three fries.
I waited at pull up window for fries to be brought out. They were making fresh batch. I was so happy ud83dude00. But then I got got them they were very hot but not done all the way. Ewww. McDonald’s really I’ve been to so many locations the last few months and maybe got one good batch when will I ever learn.
