Best place in Madison County to get your exercise! Especially on deadlift day!!

My husband and I were drop-ins on 12-09-19, and Amanda (Coach that day) was very welcoming and friendly. The gym and equipment were clean and in great condition. The WOD was fun and Amanda did a great job coaching! Next time we are in town we will definitely use this gym again.

I started coming here for CrossFit about a month ago. The trainers are very friendly, helpful and encouraging. The workout groups are high energy and fast paced with everyone encouraging one another. The equipment is well kept and there is plenty to go around. Great place for a great workout!
