I have been doing business off and on with John Snyder Tool for the last ten years, as I have worked at various auto parts stores. I think very highly of them. They have been great about doing warranties. Their inventory is thorough, and on the off chance that something is not in stock, they will happily get it ordered for you. They carry well known, quality brands of tools at reasonable prices, and usually have budget friendly options available as well. Michael is a walking library of tool catalogs. If he studies the Bible like does tools, he'd make a heck of a good Landmark Missionary Baptist. They have been my first call when the DC didn't have something. I encourage you to request one of their Tool News catalogs to get an idea of what they have.

I got a free ryobi chop saw that needed brushes so I stopped by this place to see if they had them. I walk in and one of the 2 counter guys acknowledges me with a friendly enough demeanor and I tell him what I need. Almost before I'm done speaking the other counter guy chimes in with some lame dewalt fanboy attitude in an attempt to shame me for having a ryobi tool. The thing is, I don't really use ryobi myself other than getting they for free and reselling...I actually use better quality tools that this place probably has parts for and I will need to service them in the near future but screw buying local when dealing with jackholes like Bubbles here...

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service! Owner was rude and front counter guys weren't any better.nWill NOT be doing business with this place.
