Love this place! Went in yesterday for the first time and the service was excellent. I was pleased. The girl at the counter was super cool and provided great customer serviceud83cudf1e The guy that serviced my car was great as well and was very helpful! He gave good recommendations and felt was honest about what work needed to be done on my car and did not over recommend. I've went to different jiffy lube locations in the past and felt like they were just trying to over sell even if your car really didn't need it. Honesty is very important to me which is why this location will be my go to place from now on. - Happy customer ud83eudd29

I got new tires from them and they weren't able to balance the tires correctly. When I drove on the highway with the new tires my truck shakes like crazy. They said they balanced the tires when they first installed them but they clearly don't know what they are doing because I went to firestone and they balanced my tires just fine, no more shaking. After this poor display of work, I will not be going back to a jiffy lube.

Wow these guys are great! They changed my oil so fast I like my onewheel! Luckily they put my e-vehicle aside for me. These guys are honestly the best! Thanks Blane for saving my onewheel.

These guys are fantastic. Fast, professional, and super thorough. Last time I was in, two technicians there (names were Blaine and Val, I believe) noticed my windshield had some dings, and informed me that my insurance likely covered filling the holes to prevent them from spreading. Sure enough, it did, and they had my oil swapped, filters changed, and my windshield looking 100% better in no time. Would definitely recommended this shop for oil changes and other services.

Just had another great experience at the Jiffy Lube at 3240 NE Sandy Blvd. in Portland. This location is always fast but today was the quickest trip yet. I have been to other locations but they aren’t as good in my opinion.nnToday they showed me some additional issues of concern- the ph reading of my radiator fluid, and the color of my transmission fluid, and added that they can also service those. I have a regular mechanic who does that along with tuneups so I held off on that, but appreciated the heads up, and also that there were no scare tactics or pressure.nnThey are friendly, efficient and make the whole deal a lot easier. That’s why I have taking my vehicles there for several years now. Thank you team!!
