I recently went in for a flat tire. I didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in, even though it was the near the end of the day. The store was clean and everyone was wearing masks. As always the staff was friendly and helpful. With Les Schwab I always expect excellent customer service, great work, and fair prices; this location was no exception. I only get my tires from Les Schwab and recommend them to anyone who is looking.
Patched a tire puncture in 30 minutes, and didn’t charge me a dime. All they asked was that I come back for future business. I certainly will. Incredible customer service. My whole family takes their cars to this location, and we never have bad experiences. Thank you!
Such great people and service. They are there to serve you and service your car.nAnd now in the Covid-19 era, they have gone above and beyond to protectnyou and the staff. As a female senior citizen (80), I can rely on what they donand what they recommend. I have used Les Schwab in other locales over thenyears, and they have all been quality businesses. Consider yourself fortunatenif you live near one to service your car.
I had an appointment today for a tire replacement. Matthew was very helpful and insightful. He was even able to make sure my tires were aligned in the same visit. It only took an hour! (Which is what I was expecting and it went by quickly). Thanks Matthew!
