They fixed my spoke a while back even though busy
I was looking for someone to build my carbon mountain bike wheels using Chris King hubs. My internet search led me to Sugar Wheel Works. They are fantastic and did a phenomenal job with my rims. If you are planning to purchase wheels or upgrade please don't spend your hard earned money with online stores or Amazon. Support a great locally owned business!!

So far so good! I'm looking for new wheels and to possibly take the sugar wheel works wheel building class. I spoke to Alex on the phone and he was by far the most helpful bike industry type person I have spoken to in a very long time.
