Northwest Towing & Recovery

Scott and Dakota were really nice guys very professional. My wife slid off the road and I was trying to help get her out, unsuccessfully I might add. End up having to call a tow to pull her out and to tow my truck home because someone slid into and popped my tire. They came out let us know what they were about to do and told us to stay in our vehicles to keep warm and that they would take care of everything and they did just that. Service with a smile goes a long way with me. So great job Scott and Dakota from Northwest Towing Anderson Indiana.

Northwest Towing is the best company! I was involved in an accident the other day. Northwest made the process really simple and they were so easy to work with. They made a bad situation better. Every employee was very nice and professional. Highly recommend this company to everyone.

So helpful when I locked my keys in the car. The service tech was polite and did the job quickly and efficiently!

Our car had to be towed and the tow truck driver was very kind, friendly, and helpful. He helped us decide where to drop our car off to be worked on as he recommended them and he wasn’t kidding. Great experience for a not so fun situation.
