I've been a customer for a few years now, and the service is always exceptional! Most recently I had a tricky check engine light that would turn on sporadically. They were able to diagnose the cause quickly, explain it to me in detail via phone (hat tip to Caleb :) ), and then provided a perfect recommendation to fix it. It's great to have a consistent place to take my car, and I highly recommend them.
Caleb answered the phone from the get go was very knowledgeable, kind and patient with questions and took time to explain anything that was needed. Always had a clear line of communication and incredibly fair prices. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anybody in the future
Awesome. I just took the other car to the dealership and somehow it ended costing $800 to service the truck when they quoted $300. Green Drop charged me $120 for sull service of my car and were incredibly efficient. I booked it online. They called to confirm the day before and were super fast. So impressed. Thank you!
I highly recommend their Car Care Membership. It makes basic maintenance more convenient and they always do a thorough job without any up selling and it is a great value.
The people were friendly, but I called and asked about lowered vehicle alignment, they told me yes, so I drove like heck to get there after work lol, 5 minutes into it they pulled my car out, said I'm too low. After describing how low the car is. Wasted both of our timeud83dude42
