I love supporting this local business. With fewer in-person shopping exchanges these days (due to social distancing)...having such excellent customer service really makes a difference in a person's day. It's not just about the products (although their prices are the best around and they always have what I need), it's the experience.nnIt's a delight to pop into their shop quickly, get exactly what batteries and bulbs I need (they always help me find things and have great suggestions), and be taken such good care of. It might sound small or simple, but customer service is where most businesses fall short (especially in these trying times).
Our house runs on batteries and I am always planning trips to the grocery to find what I need. There is no need for that as I have discovered with Batteries Plus. Easy to find what I need on line, buy on line, and stay in my car as an attendant wearing mask and gloves brings them to me. Easy, quick, great price, and makes my button battery hunts one and done.
They replaced my phone battery, same day appointment when all the other places including the Apple store and Best Buy only had appointments weeks out. Highly recommend Batteries Plus!!
I'm sorry, but there's no other way to say it: Batteries Plus rocks my socks off. Everyone I've ever met there has been a real gem but Derrick is 100% my man. Always has great advice and is super down to answer my endless battery related questions. Super nice guy too! I'm not sure as I haven't checked my sources, but he may in fact be the king of batteries ud83dudc51ud83dudc51ud83dude24ud83dude24ud83eudd81ud83eudd81. Anyways- battery royalty aside, batteries plus is genuinely a great local shop and I will continue to go to them for all of my battery needs for years to come.
Easy to order online and pick up curbside! These folks are also knowledgeable and able to answer questions.
