The service is great, very friendly. They treat you like family. They are also very honest and you don't have to worry bout being charged for unnecessary work. The mechanic work is top notch and their body shop was able to custom match a very difficult paint color on my Bronco. I have been coming here for years and will go back again and again.

Daniel and Steve super nice, checked my car over did needed repairs, popped a dent I didn't even ask to have fixed. Called when car was ready and did quality work quickly.

Daniel and his team at Comfort Auto Body treat you with the utmost integrity and have gone to bat for me with insurance companies multiple times. They saved my beloved 96 4Runner from being totaled a couple years ago and when it was hit (again!) on the street by a drunk driver they did there best to prevent a total. They called dealerships and yards across the country trying to find parts that would be of quality as new OEM would total the vehicle. The car ended up being totaled, but they tried so hard to keep me in my vehicle with little benefit to them. Would recommend them to anyone. Honest, great communication and quality work. What else could you ask for?

This was the first complete automotive shop I sought out in Portland, and it has been the absolute best! Daniel and the team have completed two major repair jobs on my car, and each time I've been thrilled with the results. They take all the fuss out of dealing with insurance companies (two different ones in my case), and they make it clear that taking care of their customers and providing top quality work are their top priorities.nnIt's stressful having an accident and navigating car repairs. Comfort Auto & Body Repair lives up to its name with the unbeatable level of quality and care they bring to all of their work. I can't recommend this place enough! And now I'm gonna hop in my car, which is back home and looking great thanks to this top-notch shop!

I will do my best to stay tactful on this review, but after my experience here; I am amazed they still have customers. So to begin, I called this business asking them if they would be able to perform the three needed tasks on my car; Tire pressure sensor replacement, oil change and taking a look at the towing light system as it was not working. I was told it would be no problem to do the first two, but the third they would investigate but couldn’t say they would be able to fix it for sure. Completely a respectable answer, so I took my car in a day or two later. After dropping it off at 8 am, they called me around 330-4pm. The technician was extremely rude and belittled me for bringing it there for the pressure sensor, stating I should have gone to Les Schwab, he then told me (without even looking at my vehicle yet) that he wasn’t going to be able to do anything for the tow lights but he was about to start my oil change. I was extremely frustrated with the way he spoke to me, so I called the main office and asked them to just not touch my vehicle and I would be there in minutes to pick it up. I’m not sure if the man in the office was the owner or management, but he was one of the most misogynistic, condescending and tyrannical men I’ve encountered. I tried keeping my composure and asking for my keys over and over so I could leave. My car was right outside- all I needed was my keys. Instead of handing them to me, he then continued to say I was wrong about the technician being rude, trying to “educate” me about what my vehicle needed. He kept me in that office despite me asking and stating “I just want my keys and to leave” repetitively. It took almost 10 minutes for him to finish belittling me and finally give me my keys to leave.nI would recommend that any woman who doesn’t enjoy being talked to as if she is a child or as if she is completely ignorant- AVOID THIS SHOP. This business is clearly stuck in a misogynistic era and does not deserve our hard earned money.n*Side note; the next day I took my vehicle into Ford, they had everything fixed and checked what the shop had tried to tell me was a “faulty ignition” (it wasn’t faulty). Not once did they speak down to me and customer service was impeccable.
