What a terrific experience from start to finish! Our insurer recommended Gerber over and above the body shop we'd been using, and I'm so glad they did. The service was exemplary, delivered by people who care about the quality of their work. Their communications were exceptional, too. Nothing but praise, not only did they do an amazing job (the paint is perfect). I was moving and needed my truck back asap. The got it done for me. Communication was awesome, I couldn't ask for a better experience with a bad situation.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Gerber Collision & Glass (specifically the Broadway location)! Both Phil and Bruce were amazing - helpful, friendly, and reliable. From the moment I called, Phil took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and explain the process to me. He went above and beyond to make sure that my car was evaluated in a timely manner, and made sure to promptly follow-up with me at every step of the way. When I arrived to have my car evaluated Phil and Bruce were efficient and kind. They even helped me to unload my car! They made a very stressful experience much easier to handle and I feel very grateful to have received the service I did. Thank you guys!

I Had my truck towed here after someone drilled a hole in my gas tank to steal gas. This is was a preferred vendor from my insurance company so I went with them. They called me immediately after the tow company dropped it off. They had me come down and sign off on the damage report. They were friendly and honest with me about how long it would take. By the time it was getting close to being done I unfortunately had a death in the family and had to leave town. Once I told them what had happened they put a rushed on my truck and I had it back that day! That was in my books amazing customer service. Hopefully I don’t have to but if I have another problem I will be going back there.

These guys are awesome!! I worked at a dealership up the street, and they always did a great job on the vehicles we'd send over. So when I was rear ended the other day, I knew where to take it. You truly can't tell it was wrecked. Like, I keep pulling up stuff in the trunk looking for something that looks like it was replaced, and it is just all correct. I'm blown away. They took the time to do everything right.nBy law in Oregon, you get a choice of body shop, so don't let some claims adjuster push you into one of their hack job cheap shops. These guys will take care of you and do right by your car. They really just handled everything.nSam, you're the best! I love the hell out of my car, and it's my doorway to the world. I've been so anxious that it would never be the same, but you guys did better than I thought was possible. Thank you!!
