I really like this place. They are nice. They fixed my ac that was not working at all. No air nor heat blowing out. They did a wonderful job and they did a wonderful job changing my 2 tires. It was definitely a bit of a wait for them to get to it but I understood because they were really really busy. I will always go to them for my vehicles and will recommend them for sure. As a black woman living in a small predominantly white town I've found it difficult at times to find genuine, nice, unbiased car shops and thankfully I found this one.

First, I want to express that I never write reviews but felt I needed to comment on my experience yesterday. I’ll start off by saying, in my opinion, they are overpriced. My oil change cost me $70 and I usually pay $60 when I go to the dealership. I guess that’s my fault for not asking. Secondly, the wait was sooo long. I waited about two hours for an oil change and to fix a slow leak on my tire. Hence, the only reason why I even went there. In total, I paid $103 then drove down route 30 and ended up getting a flat on the tire they JUST fixed. I went back and they said I have a “new” hole in the SAME tire.... Coincidental!?? Maybe. All I know is now I needed a new tire that’s going to cost me $160. All in all it was just extremely disappointing.

This review is specifically for this location. I have been here a few times. We will continue to support this local business.nnMy 1st visit was for them to install tractor tires for my lawn tractor. I ordered the tires off Amazon. I called them and a competitor a bit of a drive further away for me. Both places agreed to mount/ dismount from the rims. I chose Levin Goodyear since it's local business and closer. Easy process on my end. I've worked for a few tire shops in the past. I know these are a PITA. I dropped 2 off and came back for pick up. Went home installed those 2 and brought the other 2 for them. Waited just a bit and everything was done. My only issue with this was the cost. My fault in not asking ahead of time though. The other place quoted me $40 for all 4. I paid closer to $70 here. Again not their fault that was me not asking.nnAnother more recent visit was my gf's jeep was leaking a fluid on the driveway. I suspected a trans pan leak but wasn't sure. She called them and 2 other locations. Goodyear was slightly higher than lowest quoted price given to her. She scheduled it for the next day. We dropped it off the day before the appointment at close. I went in explained what i thought it was but please inspect it to verify. And if not that then call with what they find. Typical stuff. Next morning they called right away and stated it was what we thought. Quoted me a price. Parts were ordered and would be ready by end of business they said. They called around mid afternoon. Pick up was smooth and easy.nnThe staff that I've interacted with has all been great. They are friendly too. My gf said they explained their quote but also were friendly in that process. Not much more you can ask for.
