After buying several drive belts from other deere dealers these guys set me straight with the proper belt. Shredded a belt every month and a half or so till I stopped here and was sold the belt I should've been buying the whole time.
Great service, friendly staff
Over the years I have purchased three pieces of equipment from Mike, his customer service has been exceptional. My latest purchase was online with delivery through Ruim. Then I was denied a rebate from the rebate processing group. Mike fought hard over the course of several weeks to secure my rebate. Can you imagine, Ruim didn't even handle the original sale, it was an online purchase and they fought for their customer. Can't say enough about them great products GREAT SERVICE.
Salesman didn’t come back had another customer at the counter I went inside to see what the hold up was, we locked eyes he could’ve said sorry let me take care of this customer first. Sadly he didn’t but his boss asked if I needed help I said no thanks, he must of forgot about me.
