Awesome service pleasure doing business
I placed an order for an 8:15 pickup, the site ask for you to notify when you've arrived, which I did. I waited a bit past my pickup time and sent the notification. No one ever came out. After waiting about 25-30 more minutes I call. Which took another 15 minutes or so to get through...I explain to the young man I'd been in the parking lot waiting. He apologies and says he didn't know because the lot was being paved and it was taped off, so he couldn't see that I was there. But I'm thinking the purpose of sending a notification to tell the restaurant I've arrived is just that, his notification. Then he takes AT LEAST 10 more minutes to come out, now it's been about 45min. or so. I was very disappointed, had not been to pizza hut in many many years and will not be returning. Of course my pizza was cold, but my nieces ate it because they were very hungry.
Very nice people work here. Especially Joe is always helpful and very friendly person. He greets everyone nicely and is a gentleman.
I live less than 3 miles from this particular store. Every time I have ordered the delivery has taken at least 45 minutes to arrive from receiving notice that the order is out for delivery.nnThere isn't generally anything wrong with the food. But as it has been in a carrier for so long it is always warm at best. Never hot.nnI cannot recommend getting delivery from here. No other place I have ever ordered from in my life has taken more than 20 minutes when living within a similar distance.
So I love me some Pizza Hut. I was on my way to pick up my beautiful pizza. Until I was in a car accident. Had to go to the hospital finally leave there reorder my pizza. And it must be deep dish. I'm meticulous about how I like thing's especially my food. I asked for my pizza to be cut in squares. Well they cut it in slices( nooooo) it must be in squares! So they remade it and my food was good good job pizza hut!
