Only ordered 2 sandwiches in a empty drive thru and took 15 mins. It was like everyone was lost or stoned. 5:45pm today.

The food is still ok, nothing spectacular. However, the customer service has truly went to hell in a hand basket. From the manager to the employee. I had the worst experience with the employee Nicholas because of deciding to leave of tomatoes and then when we got to the window we ask for them to be put on half the sandwich or just wrap a couple of them up and I could take them with me, and he got angry. I told him I was sorry for the inconvenience but that didn't seem to help, he told me he was trying to leave and I was holding him up. I ask for the manager to find out names to call corporate and he refused to give the employee name that waited on me, I lated looked on my receipt and it was Nicholas. After 15 min of going back and with me he finally told me his name which was Allen. This was the worst customer experience I have had this year!!!!. If corporate could see the way their running this store, they would clean house, and hire new people to replace the manager and employee that don't know how to treat people.

Not a fan of this particular location. We have ordered from here numerous times and more often than not they either mess up the on-line order or they forget something. I had a delivery driver show up before and she smelled like pot. Again, to each is own, but it is highly unprofessional to show up to a business smelling like that. Like I said, not a fan of this location whatsoever. You'll never get an apology anytime they mess up, it's like you inconveniencing them for their mistake.

This is the worst Jimmy Johns I have ordered from. I ordered delivery while at work. I am one mile away and it was out for delivery for over 40 minutes. Do not waste your time with delivery just pick it up yourself.
