We had a great experience getting a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Portland. The whole team was very nice that we interacted with, especially our sales associate Samuel went above and beyond to meet our needs. We had our 7 month old squirming around the whole time, which was definitely a challenge, and Samuel and team made us feel comfortable and safe throughout our purchase. Even the signing agent (we didn’t catch his name) was so friendly. Thanks again all!

Samuel Kim was great to work with. First time we went in for a test drive he didn’t have the car we wanted, but within one week he pulled some strings and make it happen for us! He found me my dream car within one week! There’s a few things like the Mercedes me, that still needs to be connected but he’s willing to go out of his way after handing over the car to us to make sure that everything is working just the way we want! Definitely recommend!!

I went to this dealership on 10/24 and met with Samuel Kim and I have to say he was an awesome individual to work with. Iam a first time car buyer and he made this experience amazing. At first the payments were going to be a little out of my price range but Samuel went out of his way to see what he could do to find a creditor in my price range. I purchased a beautiful 2015 Toyota 4Runner pro edition that is great for my growing family and we love it.
