One employee can either represent the business sucessfully or miserably. One person can create a miserable experience. But when the entire employee staff does it then something is definitely wrong.

Barber didn't know how to cut. This doesn't speak for all barbers there.
The place saids they open at 10am.... yeah..no! No one was here and when they opened we were the first here and we are still waiting ....10:35am. None of the workers were on time. What kind of business are you running? Time to start having a meeting & start teaching your workers what it means to start on time.nThis is my second time bringing my baby here..the first time the guy cut my baby twice and my baby didn't move at all. This is my second time here... might be my last. Let's see how long I wait...................We left. Never again.
