Sasa is the best! I really enjoyed my salon experience. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. I'm natural and came to get my hair straightened and trimmed. They were very gentle and took great care of my tresses. I'll be back and referring friends and family here for sure.

First let me start off by saying! This will be a long review! But it is so necessary! KIMO!! is the best⚜ufe0f Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable about his craft! He’s just awesome, from the time I walked in to the time I left his energy was A 10✨ He did my hair perfectly!! I am so happy that I found him! I have to be honest tho!!! the lady that works with them in there that does the blow drying for them is not professional at all!!! Very nasty and rude!! I’m not sure if she’s Mexican or what not sure of her nationality, but The experience I had with her was not pleasant! I started letting mena’s do my hair when they first opened A salon on 35th in king dr. In Chicago Illinois where I am born and raised! So this salon is very near and dear to me! And I have never experienced such a rude nasty demeanor from a person in my life!!!! It was time for me to get the conditioner rinsed out of my hair! And from the moment she approached me I felt the bad energy on her! As she started to rinse my hair she was being very sloppy and ruff with my head!, to the point she started yanking and literally pulling my hair! I lifted my head up in disbelief as to what was happening, and she asked are you ok ma’am as if she didn’t know what she was doing, but I was completely aware of what was going on! but I kept quiet! Now it was time for her to blow dry my hair I asked her was she the one going to be doing my hair and she said she was only blow drying it also in a rude nasty way once again! As she started to stand behind me to start she now said as I’m sitting and she’s standing behind me, and I quote! “I feel bad energy! And talks with the other man asking him if he felt it to! Now mind you this is while I’m sitting in the chair about to let her start on my head!! Now mind you I knew she had to be talking about me! First off any one that meets me tells me how I have a great spirit and how kind I am to everyone I meet! I am also a educated woman who owns her own business so i know about customer service and being professional! So for her to have the nerve to speak rudely of me while I’m sitting there when she’s in the wrong shows how disgusting and long down of a person she is! I got up and said I don’t want her blow drying my hair! She laughed and thought the whole thing Was a joke! And she started arguing with me’ as if she wasn’t in the wrong to begin with! One thing I’m not going to do is let a person disrespect me! She was wrong on all levels you can be wrong on! The management of this salon needs to speak with her about this nasty unprofessional behavior! Because someone eles May now be as nice as I was about the situation when they are spending there money at a place and someone is being nasty and rude to them! She needs to Pray to her god and repent all her nasty deeds because she definitely have demons in her! And is obviously very unhappy with herself! Cause no sane person who has sense would act this way! If this wouldn’t have happened this salon would have gotten 10 stars if I could give them! I’m sorry, but this needed to be said because I have never had such a bad experience like this in my life at a salon from a woman! All in all KIMO WAS THE BEST AND I STILL LEFT HIM A GREAT TIP! EVEN AFTER THE NASTINESS AND RUDINESS OF THAT LADY! Because I don’t let people with evilness change the kindness of my heart I let god deal with Nasty people like that! ✨

I always receive great service when I come here to get my hair done! So glad they opened a location in Indiana. When they washed my hair they took their time and gave it that good scratch/massage that it needed. They also trimmed my hair without taking off to much. I've been going to Mena's in Illinois and now Indiana the past 2 years and have yet to be disappointed

I really Loved Sasa he did my hair and it’s bomb I will be coming back biweekly and he said that he will be growing my real natural hair. This salon is perfect neat and clean. High recommend
