Duncan the owner of DLR Nordic was amazing and helpful. He helped my wife and I find the perfect new to us S60 R-Design Volvo! We love our new vehicle and the included 5yr-100k mile warranty was just a huge plus. No pressure, no hoovering, just honest and straight forward information. Overall, our experience with DLR Nordic team was excellent. I really appreciated the team's transparency and quick response times to emails and messages. I wish that all dealerships would make car buying as easy as DLR Nordic and adopt a similar selling process. If needed, they have relationships with great Credit Unions with great rates on used vehicles and can easily source OEM Volvo parts/accessories at great prices. I would highly recommend DLR Nordic, and would give Don, Duncan, and team an A+ on overall customer service.

We had such a great experience at DLR Nordic! We went a few times to test drive some of the Volvo XC90s they had on the lot. We never got the pushy salesman vibe which was so nice compared to other places we had been! Don helped us both times we went in & once we decided to buy it took about 10 minutes to get through the paperwork. Best experience we have had buying a car.
