I drove over 20 miles to shop after calling and confirmed they were they open until 9pm. No stipulations were mentioned of that time changing. I arrive at the store to only be greeted by locked doors. The store was empty except for seeing a couple employees walking around. I called to speak with someone and they informed me that they are at max capacity. Max capacity is at 150. I told her I was at the front of the store and I didn't see anyone inside except for a couple of employees walking around? The person I spoke with replied that they are all in the linens department which is why I couldn't see the people in the store. So, you mean to tell me they had a150 people shopping in one department and only ten cars in the parking lot? I'm sorry but that doesn't add up? I strongly feel that who ever was on duty was taking advantage of the policy to close early. I also would suggest higher ups check into this. Because my shopping experience was nothing but a waste of time,gas,and effort. I may go to the Maxwell location in Chicago. Which is even more of a commute but at least I've never had any problems shopping there.

I had to leave this location the cashier just was too slow and only one .. highly disappointed with this location and selection.... Burlington.use to have better selection here .. I do shop at the highland location which is little brighter and cashiers in my opinion look like they wanted to work ..

I visited Burlington today and I had the worst customer service experience ever. I was assisted by the nastiest cashier ever and her disposition was disgusting to say the least. No hello, Thank You or anything pleasant. You would think at a time where stores are closing daily customer service would be a priority. I asked a question and she responded with the nastiest reply. Thank you for confirming that shopping online is the best way to go. No need to be confronted by nasty, unpleasant staff in unclean stores. I never received eye contact, a smile, greeting or thank you, for me patronizing the establishment that pays her wages.

You people must have forgotten its Christmas season so just about every store you go in line will be long. Think about black Friday you all will be in the same long lines outside in the cold and dark waiting on a sale. Y'all are so ungrateful keep up the good work Burlington love your store and prices. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
