Staff not very helpful. There was a coldness by some employees.

They never have the costume size you need. Better of ordering online. Very rude employees!
So helpful, even had suggestions to make my party awesome.
They were very busy but helpful in finding things I needed and helped with my balloon order for Hobart grad. And I made advance order for the 6th for Merrillville balloon order. Went in to pick up. Girl was by register took my receipt and got my balloons. In and out. Good employees and helpful.
