Staff seem utterly disinterested in giving quality service. I've purchased suits here in the past and the tailoring was okay, but they seem to have an affinity with hemming pants short. Recently had to go here for wedding rentals and the fit was nothing short of comical, and the associate offered no recourse for me being given a shirt that blatantly did not fit.nnThe only reason this isn't a one-star review is because their non-rental dress shirt selection is good and the brands they carry are quite comfortable.
Maryann is amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable and made the whole experience perfect.The manager Mark is very courteous and welcoming. I have been shopping with him for over 10 years and won’t go anywhere else for a beautiful looking suit that turns out to be very economical.
I just want to give a shout out to Cassandra, Matt, and Marianne. I booked suits for my wedding and they were a huge help! I picked up yesterday and found issues that night. I'm leaving the store now with all the issues resolved and they couldn't have been more kind and helpful! Thanks!

Edit: I still need a suit or two, so I'll give this location another shot in the future.nnStood around like a fool for almost 20 min. Could not get assistance. No one even tried. So I left.
