To start David's Bridal is Transgender friendly. I am a Male to Female transgender woman. I called the store to update my old account and the representative was not listening to what I was saying I had to ask for the manager to help. I eventually had to go in and give all my information plus I was looking for ideas for when I'm getting married (May 2021) I had a dress in mind and that dress is still in (glad not a discontinued dress) the manager was very helpful and well knowledgeable

It’s Sunday. We are getting married Friday. (I’m the soon to be husband doing this review) The Dress, shoes, veil, jewelry, alterations, Everything taken care of for under 1k. They are fantastically accommodating. Do yourself a favor and just stop in here first. You won’t regret it. Special thanks to Janel for taking care of my beautiful pregnant wife to be.

When we first entered the store the associate that checked us in was very helpful. That is the only good thing I can say about my experience. To me, it didn’t feel like It was about the bride to be, but more of a retail experience. The associate that helped us with dresses, didn’t seem like she enjoyed her job. She didn’t seem to be interested in even helping me find my perfect dress. After trying on the third dress, and I had 6 total to try on, the excitement of looking for my dress was gone. At that point I decided to go look at bridesmaid dresses and she never came back to talk to me at all. We left the store and no one said thank you or acknowledged that we were leaving. I ended up back at the first place I tried dresses on and found my perfect dress!!!

Carla and Amy are amazing!!! Carla helped find the best dress for me and Amy is so so creative with coming up with ideas for the alterations to customize it!!! I’ve always loved it here for bridesmaid dress shopping, but i was so excited to finally be “the bride”. The amazing women here make you feel so so special and beautiful.

I came in and Taylor helped us. She was so personable and made the entire experience great. She chose beautiful accessories and I was over the moon. I Said Yes to the Dress! I completely recommend coming here and even found my flower girl dress and bridesmaids dresses!
