David went above and beyond the last time I had my Tacoma in for service. He was quick to answer my questions and schedule the add-on items I presented to him upon check-in. He updated me on the status of my vehicle and made sure I had a ride or a loaner, if needed. Your employees are always friendly and informative.

LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A TOYOTAnI went here as my top place to buy a car and initially felt like I was being treated well. So I went in for a test drive and loved it, but decided to go home and talk things over before starting negotiating. Sent an email that night and did not get a response (was told the person I was working with was out sick, so okay). The next day or two I called, left a voicemail, and emailed the (other) person who helped us with our test drive as the first one was still out. No response and no reach out. Almost a week later, the first guy emails me back saying sorry we are out of the car that you want, I can email you if we get more. Seriously?nAt this point after being ignored by Toyota of Portland staff, I contacted and bought a BETTER VERSION of the car at a different place for a great deal (Royal Moore Toyota, great place, highly recommend it) and will never visit Toyota of Portland again. Good riddance.

Come here and ask for Roman. He was very down to earth and helpful. He took the time to explain everything, listen to my concerns, and get me a good deal on a lease. I never felt like I was being pressured or sold something I didn't want. All the other staff were very pleasant and helpful as well.

This place is top notch. Katherine was amazingly helpful, pleasant, and efficient. I never thought I could have a great experience at a dealership, but this place seems to be the exception. Even finance was quick, to the point, and not pushy at all. Really good place to buy a car.

Very happy with my experience. Quick easy and painless. Daniel help me with my purchase of a 2008 Subaru that was traded in. He was professional, easy to work with and straight forward. I would recommend Danial and Toyota of Portland to anyone buying a new a Toyota or looking for a used car like I was.
