My husband bought his kia soul from this dealer. We love our car but I feel customer service could be better. We wanted to refer my mom to buy her next car there & the Hispanic sales guy there. His attitude just was obnoxious. He had the nerve to tell us my mom would never find a car dealer or get car payment under $500 a month. Guess what! I took my mom to the car dealer across from Mc Donalds on Rte 30 (GMC Schepel Buick. Dealer) & the sales rep Ricky Bradley was awesome! My mom looked around found a brand new fully loaded car that she fell in love with. She went in with a $5000 down payment & traded in her Toyota Solara. Best part she has a car payment of $383.00 a month for 6 years. My point is... Don't treat a potential customer rudely nor tell them that they'll never find a car dealer or a car note less then $500 a month because it'll be an embarrassment for you. Thanks...
