They did fine on our tire service but lost our $450 dollar key fob. Let it on the top of our car. Ended up getting smashed. The store manager was nice enough to replace it for us but it was a huge headache to replace and have reprogrammed and should NEVER have happened in the first place!!!!!
I went there for new tires for my Infiniti QX60. I paid $750 for four new tires. A year later, and 18k miles later, I took it back to them bc the tread on the front tires were almost completely worn out. However, they were closed during the covid-19 pandemic, so I went to discount tires. They told me that Sam's Club put on the wrong size tires. After completely ruining the first set, I bought new tires from discount tires. Went back to Sam's club, and they told me they can not do anything bc I didn't have the tires. They did nothing to fix their own mistake. Just a sorry. I wouldnt even take a bicycle to them. The kids working there DO NOT know what they are doing.
I have been searching for good tires for a better price, and Sam's had great prices on name brand tires. Installation is more than fair.
