Very competitive pricing,good service when you get to talk to someone. But like others have said, have to wait,either to talk to someone on the phone,or in person at the shop. There is hardly ever anyone at the service desk,usually have to wait until someone gets over there. Our tire install was pulled in about an hour behind scheduled,and took about an hour to complete. Really about average for any tire shop. The pricing is why it's 4 star, difficulty talking to someone is why it is not 5.
First impression, reasonable prices & instant sale versus most other places that have rebates.. that's all Costco tire center has going for themselves. Had an Appt.& Arrived early.nTook 75 mins past appointment to even get to my car. 90 mins in and was told another 45 to go. .nTime in 3:10, time out 5:44nnTypical tire center, always over book and lie to customers about wait times.. they want you to arrive early, just to make you waste more of your time. That will definitely not happen again, as I'll likely just go to one of the other 10 tire centers in the area.

Costco usually has competitive prices on tires, and a fairly good selection. Prices are hard to beat, but if you shop around you might do so. But there's nothing like doing your shopping at Costco while your tires on your car being changed. Costco service was really very good, a little slow that's why I didn't give them five stars, but the day we went they were very busy. so all in all a good experience all in all good selection all in all good value.
