Yesterday I came to get a tire replaced because I had a nail in my tire. Let me tell you Phil is awesome . He has great customer service and he is there to simply help people. Instead of getting a new tire he told me the nail can simply be removed and save my tire and save me $100. Can’t thank him enough. Thank you Phil your great ud83dude0c
Happy with Mgr Jim Solik@Merrillville Indiana store as well as rest of staff. Very Honest., Wont try to squeeze extra $ out of you. Very professional and courteous. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else other than the Merrillville location for my tires on all my vehicles!
Suffered a tire blowout on the highway 45 minutes outside of my home state. Was recommended to Tire Barn by both my AAA help as well as the INDOT driver who showed up to help me out. Tire Barn got me set up immediately with a new tire installed in less than half an hour at a decent price. Bonus- super friendly staff.
Every family member buy their tires here. We have been pleased with the prices and service.
The salesman was honest, forthright, and just an all-around Pleasant salesperson. They were quick. You seem to be efficient. Although I found the credit card only policy. A little daunting. I would go back.
